1901

The Stud comprised more than 100 Arabian purebred horses, including 12 breeding stallions and 32 mares. In the first studbook published in Tsarist Russia, the Grafsky Khutor Stud appeared as the only one conducting selection in the Arabian breed “in purity”. Other horse farms used Arabian horses as improvers of other breeds.

1913

The first participation and victories of the Stud horses at agricultural exhibitions in Rostov-on-Don and later in Moscow.

1915

The Grafsky Khutor stud was repurposed for the production of cavalry horses, and by 1920 not a single horse remained from the old breeding stock.
